Name: Peregrine Demonsbane, scholae Tytali

Peregrine was somewhat unusual. He had skin as black as midnight, and lightly scaled in places. His hair was as white as snow, and long. His eyes were red, and reptilian, while his teeth were sharply pointed. He spoke in a low rasping whisper. It was widely known that his pater had been executed for being a Dark Magus after 14 years of his apprenticeship, but Peregrine was judged free of taint, and finished his apprenticeship at Cracetius, in the Rhine Tribunal. This is where he met Marcus, and they became firm friends. Peregrine was obsessed with the Art of Vim, and its applications against demons ever since his former covenant was destroyed by a demon who turned out to be his own father. He was an Apotropaic, that secret order within Hermes and the Church devoted to combatting Hell. He was killed by one of his own spells, used in the destruction of his father, while he was being burnt at the stake by Brother Mouliard. The full story can be found in Marcus's Journal.
