Located in a warren of caves in the Black Mountains of South Wales, Blackthorn is possibly the most powerful covenant in the Stonehenge Tribunal. Lead by Goliard of Tremere, Blackthorn has dominated politics by having both the praeco and the chief quaesitor of Stonehenge as members. They have received stern competition over the last few years at tribunal meetings, but the covenants of Ungulus and Whitehollow still regularly side with them. (9 magi) |
| Goliard Gubernatrix Tremendi [leader of Blackthorn, holds own
sigil and that of her 4 former apprentices] Talion Sicarius Flambonis [praeco of the Stonehenge Tribunal] Golias Tytali [Met at the Tribunal of Usk in 1234] Fornax Tremendi filia Goliard Prelum Tremendi filia Goliard [Met at the Tribunal of Usk in 1234, hates Hygwald] Hugh Hostis Tremendi [Met at the Tribunal of Usk in 1234] Iudis Vasseus Tytali Iudicium Guernici [chief quaesitor of Stonehenge] Trudis Tremendi filius Fornax |

Burnham is an enigma. Located in the far north of the tribunal, its magi are by and large unknown. Only one (Caitlin of House Ex Miscellanea) is regularly seen outside of the covenant, and little more than the names of the other five are known. They are rumoured to be deeply involved in mundane politics, but no evidence has ever been found that will hold water. They do not side with either faction at tribunal meetings. (5? magi) |
| Catherine Ex Miscellanea [met at Usk in 1234] |
|
The domus magna of House Ex Miscellanea is found on an island in a lake in North Wales. The island consists of a regio, with the magi living in the upper reaches - it is incredibly easy to get lost here. |
| Immanola [prima Ex Miscellanea] Findabhair filia Immanola [she and Hachim have an unusual agreement] |
| A covenant in White Horse Vale; all the magi here are from peasant stock, and resent Norman influence over their lives. They do a brisk trade throughout the tribunals of western Europe, breeding horses of exceptionally fine quality which will accept Gifted riders. They are good friends of Horsingas, but oppose Whitehollow and Blackthorn | |
| Addonwy Bonisagus [sold Hygwald some horses, met at the
tribunal of Usk, 1234] Osric Ex Miscellanea filius Sigebryht [weather magus, met at the tribunal of Usk, 1234] |

Situated within the university town of Cambridge, this covenant of Jerbitonis have been accused of loving mundane knowledge more than magic. It consists of a public school headed by Edward of Milton, and separate private townhouses occupied by his three filii. They prefer to stay out of politics, but tend to side with Voluntas against Blackthorn, as they see the latter covenant too traditional in their interpretation of the Code of Hermes. |
| Edward Jerbitonis of Milton [leader] Fredigisa Jerbitonis, filia Edward [quaesitor] Lumen Jerbitonis filia Edward [obsessive bibliophile] |
|
Founded by House Flambeau in the Lake district on the eve of the Schism War, Ungulus now lives on past glories, and its members are generally considered to be less than perfectly sane. Once famed for its Verditii, the last was killed by a dragon several decades ago, and the covenant is clearly deep in its Winter phase. Few credit it with lasting much longer, and the vultures have begun to circle. The 5 surviving members usually side with Blackthorn (5 magi) |
| Flavius Ex Miscellanea (offers Lucas a place at the covenant)
Aquila Bjornaer (apparently stuck in her heartshape) |
|
One of the most vigorous and active covenants in the tribunal, and a centre of opposition to Blackthorn, as it has been almost since its foundation. As it was found by Norman magi, it has hostile relations with Horsingas, but this has not lead to serious confrontation for several decades now. Lead by Julia of House Jerbiton, the six magi are politically savvy and powerful in magic. |
| Julia Jerbitonis [leader of Voluntas, met by Hachim] Guichard Corvus Bjornaeris [met at Tribunal of Usk in 1234] Kirist Flambonis [met at Tribunal of Usk in 1234] |
| A small yet politically active covenant, staunch supporters of Blackthorn and its politics. | |
| Archmagus Berenguer Tytali [met at the Tribunal of Usk in 1234] |
| Euan Bonisagi, a young-appearing welsh magus of the lineage of Anergin. A dream wizard | |

A sturdy fortress in the Wicklow Mountains on the east coast of Hibernia houses the three Flambeau magi who comprise this Spring covenant. These three firebrands engage in constant skirmishes with the Normans, who are trying to drive the clans of rebellious Irish out of the mountains. These mountain clans serve as an extended turb for Lombard and the magi work very closely with them in their military campaigns. Famous (or infamous) for their rustic natures, these wizards are forest-loving, wild, untutored Flambeau who have little appreciation for the pleasures of civilisation and are intensely opposed to any kind of intrusion of it upon the mystical wildernesses of Hibernia. (3 magi) |
| Dalton Ballaugh Flambonis Brian of Cilldara Flambonis Cliona ni Illait Flambonis [Eagle familiar] |
| A small covenant just south of Orleans. Its fort is nestled within a group of immense boulders of red sandstone. | |
| Sarin Tytali Tellandro Magus Ex Micellaneorum Dormitor Jerbitonis [frater of Somnifer Jerbitonis, currently missing] |
|
Fengheld House is a chapter house of a larger covenant from the Rhine Tribunal, despite the fact that Fengheld House is in Cherbourg, part of the Normandy Tribunal. The building itself is owned by a Polish nobleman, Sir Josef. (1 magus) |
| Marguerite Flambonis [Hygwald bested her in certamen] |
| An immense Reconquista fortress in the eastern hills of Portugal, this Autumn covenant once had 19 magi; now it consists of 8 magi, all from House Flambeau. Politically they are aligned against Hachim's alma mater, Estancia es-Karida | |
| Archmagus Rasus Flambonis Metron Flambonis filius Rasus |
| Semele Merinitae, a wild maga who runs with a pack of wild animals and maeneds straight out of Greek Mythology. She is a powerful oneiromancer, and is very free with her vis (she cured Hachim's wound and cast a 10th magnitude ritual spell for him!). | |
